CDCRA Membership application instructions for 2013

Please fill out ALL of the information included in this  package to ensure membership.

Each car MUST have a completed W-9 form that will be required for payout purposes.

Each member must fill out and sign a Waiver Form.

Upon completion, please return with payment to:

Car Numbers will be reserved for the previous holder until February 25, 2013. After that date, car numbers will be issued on a first paid basis.

Please contact Gordon Brand for available numbers.

You MUST circle which division you will be running in, if not, you will be placed in the PRO Division.

REMINDER: The age to run with the Senior Division is 45. You must be age 45 on or by January 1, 2013

Any participants under the age of 18 must have appropriate notarized parental or legal guardian paperwork and releases on file Prior to participation in any race.

OLD CDCRA LINK IN YOUR FAVORITES

FYI: If you have the old www.cdcra.com in in your favorites in your computer you need to delete it from your Favorites and re-do it again so that it brings up the new website.

The old CDCRA website does not exist any more if you use it it will bring up the old site with a 404 Error page.

Just redo it like it is a new favorite your adding to your favorites.  Sure saves alot of Frustration trying to get to the new website.

Remember if you want to register go to the Homepage where it has Home - Contacts - Club Information - Winners Circle.

Go to Contacts and a drop down menu will appear and go down to Acct. Request and follow instructions.

Send email with your 1. Full Name 2. Your User ID (Screen name) 3. Your email address for the website to register.

The requests come to me or the Wmaster and it only takes a couple of minutes to enter your info and the system sends you a Confirmation email back to you with confirming your info and it will give you the password to LOGIN into the website.
